The VI South-South and Triangular Cooperation Diploma 2024, Organized by the PIFCSS, has the main goal of providing managers and practitioners from the Ibero-American region with theoretical and practical tools for the development of South-South Cooperation (SSC) and Triangular Cooperation (TrC) projects.

After an open call, the PIFCSS determined that the consortium led by the National University of Córdoba and Mercociudades, in alliance with the Phare Global Territories, Global Cities (CIGLO) Study Center, and the University of Concepción from Chile, would be responsible for leading the design and implementation process.

As a Program, we promote the inclusive participation of actors from national cooperation ecosystems, aiming to strengthen multilevel, multisector, and multi-actor collaboration, as well as fostering innovative, diverse, and effective exchange networks.

The diversity and multiculturalism of the region must be encouraged, and from the PIFCSS, we make a general call to practitioners and/or professionals of South-South and Triangular Cooperation, whether from sectorial entities, subnational governments, organizations, communities, collectives, or civil society organizations.

It should be noted that it is the exclusive responsibility of the Cooperation Officer of each governing cooperation entity to select and submit the final list of selected participants for the 2024 South-South and Triangular Cooperation Diploma organized by the PIFCSS.

The Cooperation Officers from the Governing Cooperation Entities of each country must submit the participants’ information no later than February 2, 2024.
