On November 6, 7, and 8, 2024, the in-person meeting titled "Building Bridges: New Opportunities for South-South and Triangular Decentralized Cooperation in Ibero-America" will take place in Ibagué, Colombia. This event is organized by the PIFCSS, in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Colombia and the Colombian Presidential Agency for International Cooperation (APC-Colombia), and will involve key actors from different levels of government, cooperation agencies, and local associations.
